We recommend booking 3–4 weeks out for smaller installs, and 6–8 weeks for large custom arch builds or corporate activations. Weekend dates fill quickly, especially during birthday and graduation seasons.
Can you match my exact colour palette?
Yes — we source from premium balloon suppliers and can match most specific palettes using double-stuffing techniques for deeper, richer hues. Share your hex codes, inspo photos, or a swatch and we'll work to match it precisely.
How long do balloon installations last?
Latex balloons typically hold shape for 12–24+ hours indoors in climate-controlled environments. Chrome and matte finishes are slightly more durable. Outdoor installations are weather-dependent. We advise on the best options for your specific setup.
Do you set up and break down?
Always. Full installation and breakdown is included in every engagement. We arrive within a coordinated setup window, install everything, and return after your event to strike and clear the space.
Do you travel outside DFW for installs?
Yes — we regularly travel for larger installations across Texas and beyond. Travel, mileage, and accommodation fees (when applicable) are quoted transparently upfront.
